Our Financial Services

Wealth Management

Our goal is to develop strategies designed to provide income for the long term. We help build tailored, sustainable income plans for our clients that take all factors into account. Retirement is a significant milestone, and our process focuses on helping you manage your assets so you can focus more on your passions and the people you love.

Retirement Savings Optimization

Retirement savings strategies involve a comprehensive approach that balances consistent saving during your working years with potential tax-advantaged withdrawal strategies in retirement.

Key steps include fully utilizing tax-advantaged accounts, diversifying investments to help manage risk, and strategically evaluating the timing of Social Security benefits.

Tax-
Free Retirement Income Planning

By intentionally funding and structuring tax-exempt vehicles—such as Roth IRAs, Roth 401(k)s, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and cash-value life insurance policies—this approach creates flexible withdrawal streams that generate zero taxable income during retirement. Strategically balancing these vehicles alongside traditional tax-deferred accounts protects your savings from potential future tax rate increases, prevents unexpected spikes in Medicare premiums, and reduces taxes on Social Security benefits. Ultimately, tax-free retirement planning transforms your portfolio into a predictable, highly resilient source of income, giving you full financial clarity and control throughout your golden years.

Income Planning

Through our retirement planning process, we will review your current income situation and analyze potential income in retirement. We work with you to develop a strategy designed to provide sustainable income throughout your lifetime. We’ll help you evaluate your Social Security options and seek to increase the benefits for your situation.

If you have a pension, we will guide you through the options available and help you make an informed decision. Our process also addresses other considerations, such as potential impacts from inflation, taxation, or the loss of a spouse.

Legacy and Estate Planning

Protect your estate and loved ones from unnecessary taxation and probate with proactive estate planning strategies. By organizing your wishes today, you minimize the heavy financial burdens of probate court, mitigate unnecessary estate taxes, and shield your family from stressful, costly legal disputes during a time of grief. Ultimately, it provides the total peace of mind that your family is secure, your values are preserved, and your legacy is passed on exactly as you intended.

Medicare Planning

navigate the complexities of Medicare so you can secure the right healthcare coverage while protecting your retirement savings. Transitioning into Medicare involves choosing among various parts—including Original Medicare (Parts A and B), Medicare Advantage (Part C), Prescription Drug Plans (Part D), and Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policies—each with its own premiums, deductibles, and network restrictions. By carefully analyzing your unique medical needs, preferred doctors, current prescription medications, and overall budget, a Medicare plan ensures you avoid costly lifetime enrollment penalties and avoid coverage gaps. Take the confusion out of health coverage in retirement, giving you the clarity and peace of mind that both your health and your financial well-being are protected.

In 2025, markets continued to be volatile, labor markets weakened, inflation eased due to economic tightening from the Federal Reserve (Fed), and interest rates were cut.1 Compared to a couple of years ago, you’ve probably noticed higher prices on the items you buy every week and may be wondering if we’ll continue to see those high prices.

Your Guide to Roth IRAs
Conversions and Advanced Tax Planning

An IRA is an investment account you own that typically holds stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment vehicles, depending on the issuer. It’s structured and regulated with limitations and tax advantages when used according to its rules, which are aimed at personal retirement financing. The Roth IRA is a tax advantaged retirement account, but some of its tax advantages are structured differently than the Traditional IRA.

What’s a Risk Score?

Risk tolerance is an investor’s ability to remain invested during downward market cycles in exchange for a potential return.

It’s important that investors understand their risk tolerance so that they can help guide the design of their investment strategy. This approach looks to balance the investor’s desire for returns goals with their ability to stay confident and invested throughout market cycles.

To help investors understand their risk threshold we deploy a proprietary algorithm rooted in the well-known Value at Risk (VaR) measurement that helps us quantify their sentiment toward financial uncertainty, specifically their emotional tolerance with respect to the magnitude and speed of potential investment loss. This Analysis provides them with a VaR Score that can help determine if their existing portfolio aligns with their risk tolerance.

Intelligent, Disciplined Investing with AssetLock®

AssetLock® is Simplicity Wealth’s proprietary, investment portfolio monitoring service that delivers personalized communications to advisors and investors in a secure environment.

This technology keeps investors informed about the progression of their portfolio in accordance with their risk tolerance determined by the investor’s household portfolio VaR Score.
